The green school committee are a group of children nominated by their classmates and their teachers. They carry out a number of energy saving tasks such as:
Recycling paper, plastic, batteries, and compost.
Using water butts to save water.
Encouraging children to cycle, walk or scoot to school. E.g. They promote Walk On Wednesday (WOW day).
